1) INSTRUCTIONS ON USING MCCORMICK GRAVY'S - I was like one other person that had reviewed this item, a bit confused? I have received 4 large gravy containers by McCormick . . .but confused on how to make the gravy?? To the person who gave the review that says there is no instructions, there is??? I called the 800 hot line to McCormick Company and while I was on the phone I was told to look on the side of the container where there is (Nutrition Facts) label . .. . .. you know the label that states what is in the product like the precentage of fats and sodium! On the bottom left side corner of the nutrition label you will see an arrow facing upward!! Peel that label off very gently where you see the arrow and when you peel that off underneath it there is a second label under it giving you cooking and usage instructions! Who would have known!! Good thing I made a phone call today!!!!! .. . .I hope I have helped you out to be able to use this product, the same thing applies to all the Mccormick large gravy mixes! Just remove the side label and there will be a second label underneath that one giving cooking instructions!! Good Luck and enjoy making gravy its an awesome product!!

2) Classic Brown Gravy ~ Excellent Classic Taste. - This is quick to prepare and delicious on a variety of foods ~ mashed potato ~
meatloaf ~ meatballs ~ roast beef ~ chicken and pork.
This is also a convenient flavoring to add to many recipes ~ stews and flavoring in a pot roast.
This 21 oz bottle is a very nice large size to have on hand.
And much more economical then the packets that are under one oz & make one cup.
Directions are included on the bottle ~ lift white arrow at left-hand bottom corner of back label.
Directions for ~ 2 cups ~ 1 quart ~ 1 gallon ~ but make any amount going up or down from those amounts.
Heat water to a boil ~ turn off heat ~ whisk in gravy mix ~ stir for 30 to 60 seconds ~ Done!
